PSL-NA is a Joint Venture (JV) controlled by PSL Limited, an Indian company based in Mumbai, with Indian and American partners.

PSL-NA is installing a Pipe Manufacturing and Coating Facility on a 156 acre site located just outside of Bay St. Louis, MS, at the Port of Bienville Industrial Park.

This state-of-the-art facility will utilize the latest technology available in Helical Two-Step, Submerged Arc Welding (HTS-SAW) pipe manufacturing.
